Buy with confidence! We stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your wireless cellular router, return it within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund!
Conditions:

Eligibility: The refund applies only to purchases made directly from the Routica website.

Return Window: The money back Guarantee can be claimed only if the buyer contacts Routica Tech Support within 30 days of the original purchase date to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA number will be valid for a period of 15 days from date of receipt.

RMA Number: All returns must be marked with the RMA number obtained from Routica Tech Support.

Condition: The router must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee: If the product shows signs of damage, misuse, or missing components, a 25% restocking fee may apply.

Return Shipping: Customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days after receiving the returned item.
Exclusions:
Purchases through dealers are excluded.
Routica Limited Warranty Policy
Hardware Warranty
Routica, a division of Ositech Communications Inc., warrants each new Router Product sold by Routica to be free from defective material and workmanship. Routica agrees to remedy in accordance with terms specified below, any such defect which is disclosed under conditions of normal installation, use and service. To exercise this warranty the purchaser must deliver the unit intact for examination, with all transportation charges prepaid to a service site designated by Routica Support.
This warranty does not apply if the Router Product has been modified or subjected to misuse, neglect, or accident; or if the Router Product has been repaired or altered by an unauthorized service depot so that its performance or reliability has been impaired; or if the Router Product has had the serial number altered, effaced or removed; or if it has been damaged by accessories, peripherals, and other attachments not approved by Routica.
The specific terms of the warranty are as follows:

Coverage:
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase.

What’s Included:
Free troubleshooting to remedy issues encountered in the field.
Repair or replacement of the defective hardware component(s), within the warranty period.
Free return shipping for approved warranty claims (within Canada/USA).

Exclusions:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
Cosmetic wear and tear that do not affect product functionality.
Damage caused by power surges, lightning, or environmental conditions beyond recommended specifications.

Routica Help Desk is committed to assisting you with troubleshooting your router.
Within the warranty period, the Routica Help Desk may issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the return of the Router to an authorized agent for the purpose of repair or replacement (at Routica’s discretion).

Warranty on Repaired Units:
Units repaired under warranty will be warrantied for the remainder of the existing warranty or 90 (ninety) days whichever is longer.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for Routica any other liability in connection with the sale of equipment.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ROUTICA BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT OR ON ANY OTHER BASIS, FOR ANY DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY THE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO LOSS OF USE, FAILURE OR INTERRUPTION IN OPERATION OF ANY ROUTICA PRODUCTS, OR DELAY IN MAINTENANCE OR FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OR LIABILITIES, OR FOR LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, LEASE MAINTENANCE, USE, PERFORMANCE, FAILURE OR INTERRUPTION OF THE PRODUCTS.
Routica products are not designed for use as a component in any life support, life safety, or other comparable application. The router products should not be used in any application where the failure of faulty performance of the product might create a risk of personal injury or death. Purchaser assumes all risk of loss, damage or injury alleged to arise from the failure or faulty performance of a Routica product in any unauthorized application. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Routica, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and sales partners, from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) which arise from or are alleged to have been caused by any claim for personal injury or death connected with Purchaser’s use of an Routica product in any unauthorized application, including claims which allege that Routica has been negligent in connection with the design or manufacture of the product.
Except as expressly set forth in this warranty, Routica makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Routica expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited to the terms of this express limited warranty.
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS; YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
