This guide will help you capture simple, high-quality photos and a short video of your Explorer II Router so we can share real stories with fellow RVers. No professional skills needed. Just keep it natural and follow the steps below.
Before You Start
A few quick tips to make everything look great:
- Use natural daylight whenever possible
- Keep your phone steady or place it on a stable surface
- Make sure the router is clearly visible
- Keep the background clean and not too cluttered
- Record videos in landscape mode by turning your phone sideways
Authentic always beats perfect.
What to Capture and When
Unboxing
- Take: One clear photo of the router in the box with accessories visible
- Optional: A short 15 to 60 second video of you opening the box
Setup in Your RV
- Take: One photo of the router installed inside your RV with antennas connected
- Optional: A short clip showing how easy it was to set up
Using It in Real Life
- Mandatory: A 1-minute-long video showing the router in action
Examples:
- Streaming a movie
- Working remotely
- Connecting multiple devices
- Video calling from the road
On the Road
- Take: One scenic photo with your RV and the router visible inside
- Optional: A short clip showing how it keeps you connected in different locations
Final Thoughts
- Take: One final hero photo of the router inside your RV
- Mandatory: One video between 60 seconds and 1 minute sharing your overall experience and favorite features

🎥 Video Requirements

- Resolution: Minimum 1080p
- Video length: About 1 minute
- Maximum file size: 250–500 MB
- File formats: MP4
- Upload the original file
Please upload your photos and videos using the official link we provide.
Important:
- Do not send files through messaging apps
- Do not upload to social media first and then download
- Do not send compressed or screen recorded files
Uploading the original file ensures your content stays sharp and high quality everywhere it’s shared.
